The Welfare Warriors are a team of energetic and enthusiastic campaigners from across the university who are passionate about welfare, and campaigning for change.
They work as a team with the Union's Vice President Welfare on welfare campaigns, think creatively about how to capture the attention of as many students as possible whilst delivering an important message that makes a difference to people's lives.
There is a lot of flexibility volunteering as a Warrior, you can get as involved in the campaigns as you like and there's opportunities to get other people involved in your own campaign ideas too. You'll also develop those all-essential skills in communication, organisation and project planning which look great on your CV.
Here are just a few campaigns that the Welfare Warriors have previously been involved with; Mental Health, World Aids Day, Sexual Health, Alcohol Awareness, Exams Stress.
