Eloisa talks about mental health and how music can be used in recovery
Eloisa is a Guildford based author who talks about her self-discovery through honestly, feeling and empathy. She uses music as a tool of therapy for feelings of low mood and depression. In her new book "Roaring playlist of thoughts" she describes the reader as a "Lioness" where the reader and the author begin an adventure together through music.
Eloisa has been invited to the University of Surrey to talk about mental health, depression and how music has helped her to cope with life and how she has used music for therapy.
