If you would like to book a room on campus for a society meeting then you will need to complete the Room Booking Form on the website. This form is submitted to the Students' Union and you will usually recieve a reply within 2 working days of submtting your request.
You should complete the form at least one week before you need the room. You can book rooms for either a one off event, or for your weekly/monthly meetings with one form.
