► CHAMPIONS and CUP WINNERS Season 2008/09
In dramatic fashion, the Saturday Reserve Team (aka 2's) won the Surrey County Intermediate League (Western) Reserve Division One championship on the final day of the 2008/09 season, winning 9-0 at Ewhurst FC.
A few days later, the Reserve Team did the 'double' by beating Worplesdon Phoenix FC Reserves in the Intermediate League's Reserve Challenge Cup.
Congratulations go to the players involved and to Joint Team Captains TOM DACK and JON CRESWICK.
Mean while the BUCS 4's under the leadership of SEAN PUSEY and MATT O'CONNELL won their respective BUCS Division and look forward to promotion next season. The BUCS 3's came runners-up in their respective BUCS division and, given that the team was mainly freshers from 2008/09, did really well under the leadership of joint team captains, LUKE WHILEY and NICK NORMAN.
