Minutes, Agendas and Reports

The society does not circulate an official agenda for any of its weekly meetings - nor do we take minutes of these gatherings! However, for special events such as the society's Annual General Meeting (AGM), then an agenda is issued and minutes are taken; they are subsequently stored on this page. Any reports from the committee are likewise kept here too.

Minutes

Minutes of any important decisions are kept here, with full minutes only take at the society's Annual General Meeting (AGM) or any Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM). Minutes are only taken at General Meetings (GM) for, and only for, the purpose of recording the results of an election.

Society Constitution

The Society's Constitution was created on Monday 17th November at the Society's EGM. It details all processes related to the society, including but not limited to its aims/purpose, Committee structure and duties. It has since been updated.
