► Wednesday afternoon booking

In the interest of fairness Wednesday afternoon trips will now work on a waiting list system. The list will stay permanently active. Those wishing to go on a Wednesday will place their name on the bottom of the list. When it get's to your turn you will be removed from the list. Once you have flown you are free to put your name on the list again.

There will generally only be 4 places on an afternoon. If more or less become available we will let you know. If you do appear at the top of the list it does not guarantee you will fly on a certain day (we may have to move somebody with a car higher up the list or we may be limited to 3 people one week etc.), but you will remain their until you do.

Please note: there WILL be a delay between submitting the form and your name appearing on the list. This is just a limitation of Google Documents. If you receive the message "You have now been added to the Wednesday waiting list."
